These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SceneIt app and website at getsceneit.com. By using SceneIt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. ABOUT THE SERVICE

SceneIt turns your chats and movie ideas into AI-generated trailer scripts. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. Some features require a paid subscription.

2. ACCOUNTS & AUTHENTICATION

You can sign in using Google or email. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use SceneIt.

3. YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership of the chats, prompts, and movie ideas you submit. By submitting content, you give us a limited license to use it to generate, display, and improve your trailers. Do not submit content that violates copyright, is illegal, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Paid plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel or change your plan from your account or by contacting us.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to break security, scrape content, reverse engineer the app, or use it to generate illegal, infringing, or offensive material. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. TERMINATION

You can stop using SceneIt at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, though your generated content may remain in your account until deletion is requested.

7. DISCLAIMERS

SceneIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SceneIt and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim or, if you did not pay, to the lowest amount permitted by law.

9. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of SceneIt after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
